1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ks888 platform, including the website at ks888.bio and all associated gaming, betting, and account services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one account on ks888. If multiple accounts are detected under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ks888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• ks888 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other point deemed appropriate by the platform. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ks888 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment methods. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, however ks888 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts where suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method require KYC verification and may be subject to additional review at ks888's discretion.
• ks888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. ks888 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ks888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by ks888 following a request for identity documentation.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder via account settings or by written request to ks888 support.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account, pending formal investigation.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited in full. Verified real-money balances that are not linked to any prohibited conduct may be returned at ks888's discretion following the completion of any applicable investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

ks888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within the account settings panel, without requiring any support request to activate:

ks888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
